1. What you're using
IELTSer is a Telegram bot and accompanying website that grades IELTS Writing essays and Speaking voice answers using third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with Cambridge English, IDP, or the British Council.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to submit your own original essays and voice answers for personal IELTS preparation. Don't use IELTSer to grade content that isn't yours, automate against the bot at high volume, or attempt to extract or resell the service.
3. Accuracy
Band scores are estimates produced by an AI model trained on public IELTS rubrics. They are useful for practice and trend-tracking; they are not guarantees of your real exam result. We may rate the same essay differently on different days as the underlying model evolves.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Premium is billed monthly in Uzbek soum via Click or Payme. You can cancel at any time from inside the bot; Premium remains active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds for unused time are not standard; we'll consider them case-by-case on request.

6. Liability
IELTSer is provided "as is". We're not liable for losses arising from reliance on the band scores it produces, downtime, data loss beyond what is recoverable from our daily backups, or actions by third-party model providers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll bump the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
